FOOD FOR A CAUSE
The Literacy Center helps people learn English, get better jobs, and become more engaged members of our community. We provide classes, counseling, and support free of cost to disadvantaged adults in the Greater Attleboro area to help them reach self-sufficiency.
TLC classes include English language, digital literacy, career counseling, one-on-one tutoring, and U.S. Citizenship exam preparation classes. Last year we served over 800 adults from 57 countries with over 20 first languages.
The Literacy Center is a 501c3 nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, and is supported entirely by donations and grants.
